Us and Our Mission
WeUse was founded by Mitch Barlas — passionate believer in the circular economy and founder of Bagito, Revolusation and Returnity — along with a small team of Santa Cruz-based designers, problem-solvers, and systems thinkers passionate about building a more reusable future. We create intentionally designed reusable products, packaging, and return systems that make sustainability more practical, affordable, and user-friendly for both businesses and consumers. The team incorporates behavior change science in product and system designs to ensure high participation and return rates.
At WeUse, we believe great design and sustainability should work together — and be financially feasible. We have created hundreds of reusable product and packaging designs with one thing in common: people actually want to use, return, and reuse again and again.
