WeUse was founded by Mitch Barlas — entrepreneur and founder of Bagito and Returnity — and a small team of Santa Cruz-based designers, problem-solvers, and systems thinkers passionate about building a more reusable future. We create intentionally designed reusable products, packaging, and return systems that make sustainability more practical, affordable, and user-friendly for both businesses and consumers. The team incorporates behavior change science in product and system designs to ensure high participation and return rates.
